Reservations and all trips made through Visit Marmaris are subject to the Turkish Travel Agencies Rules (Law no: 1618) and the Consumer Protection Law (Law no; 4077) are subject to the Consumer Rights Legislation, which has recently been required by the European Union to comply with great conditions.

Payment

Payments credit card fees are charged via credit cards (Visa and Master Cards). All prices include VAT.

The “Billing Firm” that appears on the bank statement is “Summer Tour Turizm Travel Agency”.

Changes to a trip or other activity:

We make the best possible arrangements to organize all the excursions and events that we describe on our site. However, Visit Marmaris is not responsible for all the details mentioned there. We reserve the right to change or cancel all or part of the trip / activity mentioned there without any notice.

Refund for cancellations made by us:

If a trip / event is canceled by us for any reason, we will refund you the price we have charged for this special trip / event and more.

Changes for reservations made by you:

You can make all the changes you will make, without paying any additional fee, provided that you notify the trip and date changes 2 days in advance.

Passports:

If you have booked a trip from Marmaris to Rhodes, you are kindly requested to bring your passport with you on the day of departure. All other tours with us can be done without a passport. Visa:

If you want to participate in Rhodes trip in Marmaris, you must have a visa. (Turkish citizens carrying EU passports do not need such a visa.

Any dispute will be settled according to the laws of the country where the tours or activities take place. By purchasing this tour, you declare that you accept this rule.
